The Cocone Group is now a team of over 1,000 people. Our members come from a wide range of backgrounds, different ages, experiences, and nationalities.

Each individual brings their own unique perspective, shaped by the life they’ve lived and the values and norms they’ve come to know. At Cocone, we operate with the understanding that every one of these perspectives is valid—and different. It’s with this in mind that we collaborate as teammates, making decisions and building consensus together.
